Soy sauce is most common used condiment in every family in Asian cuisines. Twinine always use the traditional method to produce Soy Sauce. However our Soy Sauce is a dark brown with it texture and appearance and it has earthy flavour, which makes it an idea all-purpose seasoning. Our soy sauce comes in four categories: (1) Thick HVP sauce, (2) Thick Sauce, (3) Classic Dark Caramel Sauce, and (4) Light HVP Sauce.
TWININE Thick HVP Sauce (Soy)
This more intensely dark brown soy sauce gives you all the flavor of salty but in a more viscous taste. It usually requires heating to bring out its full flavor.

Our 4A Thick Sauce has the same appearance and texture as our THICK HVP sauce, however, it is not salty, but have a sweet taste instead. It is primarily used in cooking, but it is sometimes used in dipping sauce recipe.

Like our both thickened soy sauce, this caramel added soy sauce is even thicker and has a bitterly sweet taste and very aromatic as it is cooked to the almost-burnt stage where you might find the taste very interesting. Be aware of our sauce-addiction.

It is one of the oldest condiments in the world, which it has cumulated fans all over the world. Unlike the other three dark color sauce, this has a brown color and saltier taste. It is clearer and thinner, good for marinades and cooking, as well as dipping sauce.
