Signature Chinese Lemongrass Chicken Chop

  • 1 Pcs Chicken Breast
  • 3 Pcs Lemongrass
  • 3 Pcs Shallots
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Slices of Ginger
  • Twinine Premium Pepper to taste
  • Salt or Twinine Light HVP sauce to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine
  • 1 Tablespoon of Twinine Sesame Oil

Cooking Procedures: 

  1. Chop lemongrass, shallots, garlic cloves and ginger.
  2. Wash the chicken and put it in a bowl, add salt, Twinine sesame oil, rice wine, Twinine premium pepper, garlic rice, shallots, ginger, and lemongrass to marinate evenly. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
  3. Pour some cooking oil into a hot pan, and fry the chicken until golden on both sides. (while it is cooking, the marinade is added into the pan.)
  4. After the chicken is cooked, you can serve it!

  • 蒜米 4瓣
  • 姜 两片
  • Twinine 上等胡椒粉 适量
  • 盐 适量 或 Twinine 生抽
  • 黄酒 1汤匙
  • Twinine麻油 1汤匙


  1. 将香茅、红葱仔、蒜米和姜切碎备用。
  2. 将鸡洗净放入碗中,加入盐、Twinine麻油、黄酒、Twinine 上等胡椒粉、蒜米、红葱仔、姜、香茅抓腌均匀。腌制30分钟。
  3. 热锅倒入适量的食油,下鸡肉煎至两面金黄。(期间腌料也倒入去炒香。)
  4. 煎好就可以上桌开动啦!
