Mixed Herbs Roasted Chicken

Ingredient A:

  • 1 slide Pumpkin (cut into pieces)
  • 2 pcs Potatoes (cut into pieces)
  • 3-4 pcs Shallots
  • 1 cloves Garlic (cut in half)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon TWININE Grade A White Pepper Powder
  • a little Olive Oil (Cooking Oil)

Ingredient B:

  • 2 pcs Chicken Leg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Twinine Grade A White Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon TWININE Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon TWININE Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon TWININE Light Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic (beat flat)
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed Herbs

Cooking Step:

  1. Make a few strokes on the chicken Leg and wait for the marinade to taste better.
  2. First marinate the chicken leg, add all the seasonings of material B; then marinate evenly. Marinating for three hours or overnight will be more delicious.
  3. Prepare a roasting bowl, add pumpkin, potatoes, shallots and garlic. Then add salt, pepper and olive oil then marinate evenly.
  4. Let’s roast the fruits and vegetables first. Adjust the oven to 150 degrees and roast for 15 minutes.
  5. Take out the fruits and vegetables after roasting.
  6. Put the chicken legs on top of step (5), put them in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  • TWININE 生抽 1汤匙
  • 蒜米 4瓣(拍扁)
  • 混合洋香草 1汤匙


  1. 先备料,在鸡腿上划几刀,等下腌制比较入味。
  2. 首先腌制鸡腿,下所有材料B的调味料;然后抓腌均匀。腌制三小时或者隔夜会更入味。
  3. 准备烤的碗,放入南瓜、马铃薯、红葱仔和蒜米。接着加入盐、胡椒粉和橄榄油;抓腌均匀。
  4. 先来烤蔬果,调烤箱150度烤15分钟。
  5. 蔬果烤好后取出。
  6. 把鸡腿放在(5)上面,送进烤箱烤180度 30分钟。
  7. 等30分钟后就可以开动啦!😋
