Crispy Red Bean Curd Deep Fried Pork

Ingredients:
- 500g three-layer meat
Seasoning:
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 and a half Red Bean Curd
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Half a tablespoon of sugar
Cooking Procedures:
- Prepare all materials.
- Pull all the seasoning in bowl.
- Pour the STEP 2 seasoning into the pork belly.
- Marinate for about three hours.
- After three hours, dip the meat into Twinine potato starch.
- Heat oil and fry until cooked the color become darker and crispy.
- Use absorbent paper to absorb the oil and then you can cut and enjoy.
*The seasoning can be increased or decreased according to your own taste!
